The short version

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and it has no forms. We only receive personal information when you choose to contact us or book a call.

What we collect

• When you email us: your name, email address and whatever you include in the message.
• When you book a call: booking is handled by Cal.com, which shares with us the name, email and any notes you enter. Cal.com's own privacy policy applies to the booking page.
• When you become a client: the financial records needed to do the work, handled under your engagement agreement rather than this notice.

Like any website, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.

How we use it

To reply to you, hold the call you booked, and, if you become a client, provide the services we agreed. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we use to run the business, such as email, scheduling and accounting software, and only as needed to provide our services, or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to respond and follow up. Client records are kept for as long as the engagement and any legal record-keeping obligations require.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email hello@stellifyaccountingservices.com and we'll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law, including the right to complain to a data protection authority.

Changes

If we change how we handle personal information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
